Connect Ambassadors are the voice of teens in Spartanburg County. The perspectives and preferences they share help mold decisions related to mental and health services for local youth.
Connect Ambassadors are the voice of teens in Spartanburg County. The perspectives and preferences they share help mold decisions related to mental and health services for local youth.
Each year, youth Ambassadors representing school districts across Spartanburg join the Connect team to attend monthly meetings and provide their insight into events, local services and more. Ambassadors help promote teen-friendly services in Spartanburg, develop activities and create issues-related content that matters to teens. Ambassadors must be residents and students in Spartanburg County.

📣We wanted to give a shout out to our Connect Spartanburg Ambassadors that represented Boiling Springs, Broome and Spartanburg High Schools at the United Way of the Piedmonts’ MLK Day of Service. The outstanding event featured over 20 community-based service projects for participants to choose from. The turnout was incredible with hundreds of people of all ages working together for a common goal.
☮️ What better way to honor the late Dr. King, then using time off from school or work to unify with others in acts of service to better the Spartanburg community.
