Spartanburg has a variety Offering immunizations, free condoms, contraception counseling, free or low-cost birth control—including low or no maintenance options, and STI & HIV testing.  Staff and facility are adolescent friendly; no judgement, no parental requirements and no hassle.

Safe Homes Rape Crisis Coalition provides a 24-hour hotline for domestic and sexual assault survivors seeking support, resources, hospital accompaniment, and/or shelter.

24-hour services are available to anyone who has been affected by domestic or sexual violence. SHRCC counsels those who need immediate assistance, are working to heal, friends or family of victims and survivors as well as anyone in the community who has questions about these issues.

Your safety is our priority, so all phone calls are completely confidential and our advocates are specially trained to offer support. You can reach our hotline 24/7/365 days and are free of charge.

Community Health Worker (CHW)

Meet one-on-one with a trusted adult in the community to discuss love, sex and healthy relationships. The CHW will assist in helping you navigate health care and resources.

Time commitment: 1 hour


Group Based Education


13 - 19


Spartanburg offers a variety of group-based programming for teens of all ages. In these groups you will learn about peer pressure, communication skills, responsible decision-making, and the risks of unhealthy relationships.  Lots of fun and bring your friends!

Join Jessica and her friends on their journey in making healthy decisions about relationships and sexual decision making.  This online video provides information about STIs, anatomy, contraception, communication skills and how to take charge of your relationships and sexual decision making!
