Provide education, primary care prevention and case management to those who are underinsured, uninsured and those who lack the necessary finances for medical care. OVERVIEW

The Family Strengthening Program: Uses the evidence-based Triple P - Positive Parenting Program, giving parents simple and effective strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships with their children and manage behavioral problems. 

Transitional Living: Offers safe shelter for young men and women as well as case management and support through 22 years old as they gain skills needed to live independently.
